There will be somerandom rotations of the pull ups and Open movement weaknesses to ensure that everyone gets the opportunity to practice, not just Wed and Sat members.

Thank you to everyone at Apex for being such amazing people. Nobody will ever know how much Apex truly means to me. Thanks to god for bringing me to this incredible box. Also, thank you to all of the owners, trainers, and athletes for making Apex the place i want to spend every minute of my day. Apex really is special, and is ssooo much more than just a gym.

DU attempts really slowed me down. Gotta get these DUs figured out.
Couldn't get in tonight so I was able to do the warmup and my first 5k row here at home.
