Odd:10 Front Squats
M: 95/115/135/155 W: 35/ 55/ 75/ 95
Even: 10 Deadlifts
M: 115/ 135/ 165/195 W:55/ 75/ 105/135

3 minute rest

4 Minute EMOM
3 wind sprints (rig to wb wall to rig =1)
max unbroken ttb or knee ups (come off bar you must rest until next min)
*Score is total ttb or knee ups

Hot mess after that first portion of the EMOM... running after dead lifts always feels like I'm running with someone else's legs... LOL

- Left knee was not feeling stellar so I elected to scale more than usual.
