I second Keith......I felt immediate low back relief after doing that video. I was sweating and shaking by the end, but I will defintiely be incorporating this into my stretching!! Thanks Bus
I had Lower back pain prior to Apex from Cycling. No Xray but I had L4 L5 swelling which would not allow me to bend over or work out without pain. I finally saw a Chiropractic when I tweaked my back last Feb before the open. We were working on Back Squats and I ended up favoring my lower back and strained my upper due to incorrect form. I spoke with the Doc and discussed proper movement like hinging and bending over. These are all things the coaches point out during warm-ups, heavy lifts, and WOD's. I can honestly say the feed back we get from our coaches has not only helped me lift more but also live the last year pain free. Well back pain free, shines and boxes will never agree. Thanks again coaches. Cant wait for my First OPEN!!!

Hpsu to ab mats/35#/no worming kpu/100#/15#. So glad those situps were in between the snatches and deadlifts!
