3/11/15- Shuttle


10-1 clean and jerk 135/95
50' shuttle sprint

Athletes will run from their bar on the floor and touch the wall ball wall and the pull up rig and back to their bar. It does not matter whether they run to the rig or wb wall first but they must run to both then back to bar. Each rd their cleans decline by 1 rep.

I agree with Julia. I really liked this one as well. I was chasing Mike D. couldn't quite catch him though.
