4rds (1st rd is practice with weights move up or move down depending on difficulty after 1st rd)
Prowler Push 100'
10 DB step up onto 20"box heaviest wt
Yoke carry 50' (use racks with barbells as additional yokes)
5 Tire Flips ^heaviest tire you can handle
2 split jerks ub from jerk box
50' atlas stone carry *heaviest you can handle

rest 1 minute between movements.
