5/28/15- Five Finger

This Saturday
Anyone remember the CFT from back at the early games. If not it is known as the CrossFit Total. Back Squat, Strict Press and Deadlift. Coming this Saturday a 3 man team version.
If you like lifting barbells you don't want to miss it!

5 individually timed rounds
Rounds will start every 3 minutes

10 Front Squats
200m Run

*may come from a rack, and have athletes choose their weight. FS must be unbroken
