Warm up: 8 minutes EMOM 3 TnG C&J @ 105# Did the first round as Squat clean and the rest power clean
WOD:
1 rd + 31 (started on the burpees)
I had one rope climb to finish the second round. I use the one of the ropes with no knots for the first time. Tested a foot lock before the WOD and felt comfortable with it. But probably wasn't ready to do them in a WOD yet. Did two knotless ropes the first round and the one knotted the second round. I want to keep working those feet on the rope to get better at these.
