40 Burpees Over your bar
20 Overhead Walking Lunges (135/80 lbs)

Ouch - tried to keep up with Rich on the row.. No go ... That man can Row!

- Fastest 12 secs
- Slowest 15 secs

WOD: DNF @ 80#
Had 5 OH Lunges left. Guilty of not pushing on that one. A but more hustle on the Row or dropping the Lunge to rest on my back vs dropping would have got me there.

Will sleep good tonight knowing "dat ass" showed up today!

I 'ass'ume they did the barbell butt test? Lay on the ground and see if you can roll a loaded barbell over your butt. If you can you might need to squat more, or so they say ;)
