2/20/16- Bring a Friend

All funds will benefit Larynn Blair and her Missions Trip for School. 
Apex Family,
 As some of you know, I was able to take a mission’s trip to Uganda, Africa last summer. While there, we accomplished many things. We taught orphans how to use art to express themselves, we taught children the importance of exercising and character building through soccer, and helped farm the land for the widows. Although we weren’t able to formally do CrossFit there, we took on the community mindset and mental toughness that you are all familiar with. That’s why I am so excited to invite you to help me journey back. This summer (June 15th-29th) I will be heading back to Uganda! On this trip, I'll be happy to finally meet my sponsor child, Wellington, and continue to develop the programs we started last year. Because I am a full time college student, I am raising all the funds for my trip. In light of this, Apex has been generous enough to host a Bring a Friend. Saturday, February 20th, come out to Apex for a great workout, supporting my upcoming trip back to Uganda. Thanks for your love throughout the years! You guys will always be family.

AMRAP: 8 minutes 3 Person Teams Station 1 - Shuttle run 6 lengths @ 25' Station 2 - Push-ups Station 3 - Wall Balls (20/14) Score is total WB's and Total Push-Ups Rotate stations after shuttle run is finished. Shuttle run goes to push-ups, push-ups go to WB's and WB's go to shuttle run
