5 am Open Gym
6 am group class

For Time: 40 Double Unders Then complete complex of: 5 Hang Squat Cleans + 1 Jerk Next Round: Complete 40 DU's Then complete complex of 4 Hang Squat Cleans + 2 Jerks The workout will follow this pattern until the athlete completes 1 Hang Squat Clean + 5 Jerks Barbell Weight Men: 155 Women: 105

Minor brain fart in round 2.... Did 4 Hng Sqt Cleans and 1 Jerk so I added the missed Jerk in my last round.
