Weightlifting 0-15 minutes to find 1 RM Snatch *3 attempts only 16-30 minutes to find 1 RM Clean and Jerk *3 attempts only

“Pacing Penalty”
In the spirit of the Olympics, Friday Night Lungs will be heading to the Track.
Be at the Indian Crest Middle School Track by 6:00 PM
Bring: Water, Running Shoes, Jump Rope if you have one, and running watch if you have one.

Details of the  “Pacing Penalty” WOD will be discussed at the track.

Loved lifting heavy barbells again this morning! No PRs, but it felt good to start making progress back again on lifts!

Snatch - 120#/130#/140# - failed @ 140# which would have tied a PR
C & J - 160#/170#/180# - failed @ 180# on the jerk...that would have tied a PR as well.

Fun morning and great lifts this morning!!
