14 swimmers came out to beat the heat during today's edition of the CrossFit Apex Summer Swim WODs at the Souderton Community Pool. Today's group did a three round warm-up, worked on some tactical "box" breathing, and completed some breaststroke drills before taking on today's workout "Turn Around."
Turn Around 9-6-3 laps swimming 20-20-20 PVC OHS 1 minute rest before completing a 50-yard swim for time.
