10/15/16- Unite for Her

Bring a Friend 2 Person team 4 minutes 100m run max burpees 4 minutes 100m run max MB front squats 4 minutes 100m run max box jumps 20" rest 2 minutes between triplets each person will alternate movements. Scores are teams total push ups, squats and bj's.
