12/31/16- Bring A Friend


WODAPALOOZA Teams of 4 170 Wallballs (20/14) 170 Box Jumps (30/24) 170 SDHP (95/65) 8 Burpees This workout will be a rotation that is dictated by the person doing burpees. After completing 8 burpees, team members will rotate to the next section. When a section has been completed, that movement will become 8 burpees. In order to rotate, all burpees must be completed.
