1/28/17- Alternative Strength Wod

1. 10 DB step up onto 20" heaviest wt 2. perimeter atlas stone carry *heaviest you can handle 3. Sled Drag 100' 4. Yoke carry 50' (use racks with barbells as additional yokes) Use 2 racks and Yoke! 5 Tire Flips ^heaviest tire you can handle 6. 90 sec ALL OUT row for max avg watts 7. 5-10 burpee sandbags 8. Farmer Carry around perimeter db 40 minutes total AMRAP Record on board your avg watts each time.
