Mark your calendars for July 31st…the start of Accessory WOD at CrossFit Apex!
This class will meet on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 7 to 8 pm for 6 weeks. The cost is $130 for CF Apex members and $180 for non-members.
This class is designed to help athletes of all levels address restrictions in their mobility, stability and strength to improve athletic performance and reduce the risk for injuries.
This will be a great pre-season conditioning program for high school athletes as well as the seasoned CrossFit Competitor.
