Max WB over rig bar with partner 20/14

Rest 3 Minutes

Starting at the 6:00 mark:

AMRAP #2

10 Pull Ups
10 Toes To Bar
10 Overhead Walking Lunges 45/25

Partner A - Runs 400M while Partner B tries to complete as many rounds.
When Partner A returns, they pick up where B left off and Partner B Runs.


Rest 3Minutes

12 Min

You have to complete 1600 Meter. Break Up however.
Only 1 Person can run at a time.
Other Person Must complete the following:

24 DU (48 Singles)
12 Russian KBS 53/35
6 Goblet Squats

* If Meters are completed in 12 minutes, 1 partner can rest & Work can be split up however.
