Thanksgiving Workout Menu 1st Course - WOD1 10 min AMRAP 20 Box Jump overs 20 Pull ups 20 deadlifts 2nd Course - WOD2 10 min AMRAP 5 power cleans 10 burpees 15 front. squats 3rd Course - WOD 3 10 minutes 1 Mile Run *Finish early built in rest 4th Course - WOD 4 *starts at 30 minutes 10 rounds 10 lunges 10 Shoulder to OH 10 TTB *Knee Ups TIME CAP 45MIN Each Athlete will set up a barbell 95/65 and a box. Write all scores on your box with Chalk.
