SUGAR WOD APP For anyone looking to set goals, track benchmarks and follow Apex programming on a daily basis this app allows you to link the CrossFit Apex programmed wods. It then scores your workout with others at Apex as well. After downloading the app make "Your Gym" CrossFit Apex and it links the daily posted wod right to your app. See your scored Open workouts in comparison to CrossFit.com's programmed wods. SIGN UP FOR A HEAT OPEN WOD 18.2 If you plan on completing the Open Workout Thursday - Sunday Please record your name in the heat of your choice. After Thursday's announcements Heat times will be updated to accomodate the length of the workout and # of athletes in each heat.
