2/3/18- Bring A Friend

BRING A FRIEND Teams of 4 150 Pull ups Scale Jumping PU or RR 150 Box Jumps *higher than your basic 150 Deadlifts (135/95) Scaled KB 7 Burpees This workout will be a rotation that is dictated by the person doing burpees. After completing 7 burpees, team members will rotate to the next section. When a section has been completed, that movement wil also become 7 burpees. In order to rotate, all burpees must be completed. When all 4 movements are complete everyone must complete 7 burpees synchronized to complete their time.
