Reminder to log your last Open Workout of 2018 by 8pm tonight SUGAR WOD APP For anyone looking to set goals, track benchmarks and follow Apex programming on a daily basis this app allows you to link the CrossFit Apex programmed wods. It then scores your workout with others at Apex as well. After downloading the app make "Your Gym" CrossFit Apex and it links the daily posted wod right to your app. See your scored Open workouts in comparison to CrossFit.com's programmed wods.

AMRAP: 15 Minutes Teams of 2 15 Cal Row or 12 Cal AAB 12 Power Snatch (75/55) 9 TTB * You may switch at any time. Barbell must be held in front rack position in order for working partner to work.Only movement where you do not need to hold front rack is when working partner is completing power snatches.
