Intellectual wellness check-in. Physically, I'm focusing on my shoulder PT and stretching. And while I'm still working, I needed a less stressful mental break. So I downloaded the Scrabble GO app on my phone. Haven't played Scrabble in years, and now I'm obsessed with beating all the strangers that challenge me to a match!
