For Time: 100 flutter kicks 1 mile Run 60 Alt DB Snatch 1 mile Run 30 Plank Walk outs with a KTE kick R/L **Increase Intensity - optional 1/2 the reps for 2 rounds) **Increase your Volume - optional add 1 mile to start and finish or complete 2 full rounds
