3 rounds for total reps 1 minute at each station Speed Skater Jumps (DU if space) Burpees Alternating V-ups Toe touches*every touch=1 Step Back Lunges Tripod Push-ups (Pike shoulder taps) 1-minute rest Post total reps following each RD.
