Power clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press
*can use dumbells or bar
*must touch floor after each set however weight can not be rested on ground between each set
*Rest about 3 min in between sets
Post weight used

Then I did 100 box jumps (in 10min)- just for fun because I like my box, and I'm a crazy crossfitter!!
The Guru will be in the house tomorrow at the Boys and Girls Club. I will be joined by my fellow colleagues The Overhead Squat Monster,Feliciani and Can you say my lats are bigger than my husbands, Tanya. We start at 7pm, I will be coming from a game as quick as I can. Grasshopper you are more than welcome to stay!!!
