Reps of 10-1 OHS 95/65
5 Burpees
then
Run 400m w/ 25lb plate
*If you drop the OHS you must immediately run 200m then continue from where you left off. All OHS must be completed UNBROKEN from reps 10 through 1.
*Don't fall off the high wall.......All the King's horses,
and all the King's men, couldn't put Humpty Dumpty back together again!
