7-11-11


Reps of 21-15-9 for time of:

Back Squat
Thruster
Push Jerk
Barbell Push up- In push up position with hands on barbell chest must touch barbell and finish with elbows locked out.

Same wt. used for all 4 lifts. You are only as strong as your weakest lift.
Preferred 95+ men 45+ women notice the + :)
