*Each movement you will add weight to your already used empty bar, finishing the workout you will break down your bar as you complete each movement.

This WOD is going to be rough after being run over and stomped on by those darn 3 Little Piggies.
This one hurt.... I think it was the OHS.... or the lunges... or the running.... Frankenstein legs tonight, even after a walk to loosen them up.
Jealous...I had to miss this one! Looked like FUN!!
