15 front squat *
21 push press *
200m run
21 box jump 20"
15 ring dips

*use the same weight for these 3 movements 95/65

38 minutes!! Another beast of a wod. Can you handle 2 days in a row 3 if you were in on monday. Are you tough enough:)

I was in on Monday and Tuesday and am sooo happy not to be there today!! My collarbone is bruised and my legs are so sore, I feel like I did when I first started Crossfit. I can't walk up and down steps. That being said, enjoy today:)

I think I left myself at the box today. 3 big wod's in a row pretty much almost killed me. (well, at least my legs think so.)
