10-7-11 "Weight Watchers"


Front Squat
reps of:
1-10-1-20-1-30
The "1" is a heavy front squat and the 10/20/30 need to be done unbroken. Choose the 2 weights but only use one bar. 20 minutes

So,.. you need to break down and swap weights mid-wod?

You got it Eustice! This wod is NOT for time but for LOADS. So it's not about time necessarily but rather the amount of weight you can move unbroken after a heavy single.
