I remember when this was aired on red alert! That's when all the freshman were scared out of our minds if we had wags for gym..no more middle school dodgeball gym classes for us! :)

APEX 2 THINGS:

1) Barbell for Boobies on Saturday 11/12 at crossfit KOP. Partner workout Helen meets Grace. You work together with your teammate to complete Helen and then Grace. The even is free but they are collecting $35 donations and with that you get a shirt. First heats go off at 10am. The Silverback Littlefoot team is signed up and ready to go, we will be heading down after after APEX strength class that Saturday. Who wants to join us in helping to save the Tatta's? 2) Tanya and Josh posted a few flyers around that I gave them about discount lift tickets for Bear Creek. If anyone is interested it is a pretty awesome deal, take a look and let me know. In the winter you can usually find me on my snowboard at either Bear Creek or Blue Mountain every Sunday so if anyone is interested in dusting off the skis or snowboard or wants to learn a new sport, please let me know.
