I can't wait to see the Apex/Explode Connection take on Helen Meets Grace. The bus will be rolling out of Apex after strength on Saturday.

Also, if anyone is interested a few of us are doing to Crossfit Hoboken Winter Challenge on Saturday 12/10. I have heard creat things about this challenge and it would be awesome to get as many memebers of APEX to roll up. Google Crossfit Hoboken and you will find all the details about it and let me know if you are interested, we can caravan up together.
La Salle has their annual wrestling tournament to honor the local Marine, Travis Manion who was killed on his 2nd tour in Iraq on 12/10. Anyone going to Hoboken, please stop at the Cake Boss bakery to bring home some goodies. KurtS
