Warmup: Back squats 20 reps @ 105#, still had some time left so I did 2x5 @ 135#. WOD: 15:26 18# get ups 26# kb snatch. Still recovering from running the beast. Everything hurts! First time doing the kb snatches and I just couldn't get the movement down.

Hit 20 BS @ 120# in the WU. Had great hip mobility thanks to that box psoas stretch!

WU: Back Squats: Hit 20 reps at 45#, 20 reps at 95#, 20 reps at 115#, and 15 reps at 125#.

WOD: 13:34 using 18# on the turkish get-ups and 26# on the KB snatches. Could not catch Rob this morning!

Post-WOD: Hit 36 consecutive pull-ups! PR! (But I only hit 86 pull-ups in 6 sets in 10:00).

I definitely want to see Atlas stones again!

Congrats to all the Spartan racers! Looking forward to a shorter Spartan race at Citizen's Bank park this Saturday!

made it to about 350m on the last run at the time cap, so I was probably somewhere around 16:25ish? not a fan at all of get-ups. 12#/18#; went up to 63# for the 20rep and did 93# for 5 just for fun :)

Warm up: 20 RM at 110#. Maybe could have done more if I portioned out my time better, but 110 was definitely a challenge!

WOD: 15:40, 18# get up, 20# snatch, 200m on final run. That time just evaporated on those Turkish get ups! Different and fun day.

20 RM @ 135#. Should have done 155#, at least.

WOD 15:20 RX. Too heavy a weight for me on TGUs.

Came back fro 9 am and did...
5,000 row for pace 20:00

6x5 hang Clean and Jerks @95#

10 rounds of 5 HSPU and 20 Situps in 15 minutes
