6:31 RX ended up doing a set of 20 pu's. Dropped once
WOD: DNF 16:26 35#. Poor performance today. Legs were still smoked from yesterday's WOD.

Done the pu's in just under 2 minutes and went unbroken on the walking OH lunges.
Definitely appreciated all the work on the roller during the warm-up. Seemed to work wonders after yesterday's squat fest!

Had to WOD and dash tonight but man was this one unpleasant ha, and very mental. 6:29 with jpu & 15# and one drop.
