200' OH walking lunge 45/25
(pull up rig to wall ball wall 50'=4x or 4 width's)
*If plate comes down from OH athlete must complete 20 more pull ups.

6:31 RX ended up doing a set of 20 pu's. Dropped once

WOD: DNF 16:26 35#. Poor performance today. Legs were still smoked from yesterday's WOD.

Done the pu's in just under 2 minutes and went unbroken on the walking OH lunges.

Definitely appreciated all the work on the roller during the warm-up. Seemed to work wonders after yesterday's squat fest!

Had to WOD and dash tonight but man was this one unpleasant ha, and very mental. 6:29 with jpu & 15# and one drop.

14:22 Rx. Dropped 3 times, so I did a total of 110 pull-ups. Glad I went Rx and met the time cap.
