Did the 9 am with the "moms".

3 rds + 4 thrusters @ 65#. I did 20 pullups per round instead of ttb as i did ttb last night. So basically I did Fran plus some extra Fran.

I want another shot at this to get to 4 rounds.

In the warm-up, did 20 pull-ups in 23 seconds.
