3 rds+12 65# toes to ring. Ripped my hands yesterday and it definitely hindered me in today's WOD.

Did the 9 am with the "moms".
3 rds + 4 thrusters @ 65#. I did 20 pullups per round instead of ttb as i did ttb last night. So basically I did Fran plus some extra Fran.
