Clean Complex
Complete the following complex every minute, on the minute, for as long as possible.
2 Squat Cleans
3 Push Jerks
4 Power Cleans
Dudes: 135#
Chicks: 95#

Scale this weight if needed. Beasts will get 8+ rounds on this. If you are under 5 rounds the weight was too heavy or you didn't dig deep enough.

Warm up- 180# one rep max for back squat (PR). Dropped to 90# for 30 reps, 100# for 20 reps, 110# for 10.

Work out- 70#. 10 rds + 5 reps. So glad we weren't running outside.

205# back squat. Dropped to 115# for the 30-20-10.

10 + 8 rds for the WOD.

Loved working on the squats. Def need more leg work.
