Awesome morning at the pool today. It was nice to be back coaching after missing last week. We had 12 brave swimmers make it out, including first-timers Julia Menzo, Cindy Marlin and Luke Rivera. After a quick warm-up, the group spent time working on breaststroke before taking on today's WOD...
