Thanksgiving Clovis Updates

Thanksgiving Clovis Update:
All athletes are welcome to join us on this adventure....
Apex Fit, Juniors and Adult classes

Schedule and updates
6-8:30 am Open Gym
8:45 -9 am- Clovis Warmup- Coach Todd will be coaching a very special Clovis Warm up
9am- 11 am- Clovis WOD(10 mile Run & 150 Burpee Pullups) you may break run and pullups however you want, Coach Todd will have special routes and maps for different distances. 

Clovis Options/Scales
Clovis Partner Rx: Teams of 2 break up the work however you want. 
 -10 miles and 150 Burpee Pull ups. 
example: Athlete one is a stronger runner, and runs 7 miles, and the other is tasked with 3 miles, and they split up the BPU’s however they see fit. Working at the same time is allowed.


Clovis Partner Scale: 2 to 4 people per team 
Team can work together and at the same time to completed the 10 miles, 150 BPU’s, or we can even scale the miles, Scaling the miles is always an option
