Website looks great! It has really come along way since you first created it!
Thought I was going to take a rest day but I just can't not do anything, so I went for run. Planned on a nice short run, but it didn't turn out so short! See you all tomorrow morning!

Did the Helen with Gradel today! Burned the lungs(Cough, Cough)

That kettlebell gets HEAVY!

Much different with the kettlebell...forearms continue to burn all the way through the workout. Nice added hill run doing Helen at home.

Trained w/Master Guru,@ the temple,calf sore running hills a factor,but 53lb kettlebell heavy.
