Squat Cleans are DEADLY! They took everything out of me. Felic is an animal sc 135lbs.

Felt great today with character builder...really had to break up the sets though on squat cleans and push presses. My forearms again...burning like you can't believe. Good way to start the week, thanks for helping me move through it Angie. (I wanted to stay on schedule for your busy schedule.)
