Me too...Is she OK?!?! Where was she? Thank you for helping me accomplish something I never would have tried on my own. Thanks for the tips and encouragement Tanya and the cheering section at the finish was memorable! Any suggestions for SORENESS?? Have a great day!

Molly ran a total of 5.04 miles according to map my run. Way to go...awesome pace! Your 5k time is much lower than 40min. Can't wait to get a real time for it. Sorry again for the directions...although it does sounds like your run was more memorable then the others with attacking dogs and people asking you for directions. Next time, we'll buddy up!

Kim, you are the winner with a guess of 5 miles. Good job :)

Jen, great job on your first ever run! Way to push through to the end. You should feel proud of yourself. As for soreness, stretch as much as you can...keep moving as much as possible to use those muscles and as always drink lots of water. Good for you!

Wish I could have been with the group. Sounds like I missed an Entertaining WOD. Who thought a run could get crazy. Molly you just never know with CrossFit. Way to stay with it and finish!!
