This one's a killer! You guys did great with it. Way to hang on til the end and push through. Those high pulls seem to never end. When you hear people say they were looking forward to the burpees...that's when you know it's a tough wod!

Holy hell!!! That was only my second crossfit workout but this stuff is grueling! The Albany Hopper has given me lots of good soreness today: hips, butt, shoulders, traps, back, tris...
Thanks everyone for pushing me and for making it fun to be there. I'm so excited for things to get easier for my muscles!
