The rower is a great addition, cant wait till we have more and we get to row through more wods.
Wasnt expecting a FGB this morning since it seemed like we just did it 2 or 3 weeks back. Managed to PR by 4 reps by scoring a 331. Still had the same holes in the same exercises as last time. I really need to work on high pulls and wall balls.
The weight wasnt hi-jacked today, so the score wasnt tainted! LOL. Today I decided to get back to eating right, so hopefully some bigger improvements will come..silly 4 reps!
Isn't it funny that the FGB card has pukie the clown on it vomitting and FGB has a row in it...that can only mean one thing...

hi guys! no cross fit for me for the last week!!! but i'm back starting today. today i did...

Had to take a rest day today. Was planning for tomorrows lessons and had my grandparents 60th Anniversary. Congrats to them. That is a loooooooooooong time.
