working night shift this week and it's Killing my crossfit mojo! did Helen today and wanted to cry the whole time. for the first half i crowded my thoughts with quiting and bagging the entire crossfit thing. then the second half i obsessed with just getting done who cares about the time. my body felt weak and like it was 700 pounds. my chest burned with every breathe- it sucked. but then i looked and finished 20 better then my last Helen. ( i think i cheated on the jumping pullups- i left out the kipping motion-oops!) next week i go back to days, hopefully i'll feel better.
