10-8-08 "Cindy +5"

AMRAP in 30 min:

5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squats

Add 5 reps to each exercise each round.
Ex. rd 2- 10pull ups, 15 push ups, 20 air squats, rd 3- 15 pull ups, 20 push ups, 25 air squats etc.

working night shift this week and it's Killing my crossfit mojo! did Helen today and wanted to cry the whole time. for the first half i crowded my thoughts with quiting and bagging the entire crossfit thing. then the second half i obsessed with just getting done who cares about the time. my body felt weak and like it was 700 pounds. my chest burned with every breathe- it sucked. but then i looked and finished 20 better then my last Helen. ( i think i cheated on the jumping pullups- i left out the kipping motion-oops!)
next week i go back to days, hopefully i'll feel better.
