For time, 10-1 of the following:

Turkish Get-ups (25/15)
Knees to Elbows
Thrusters (95/65)
Burpees
Ring Rows

Do 10 of each exercise, then 9 of each exercise, then 8 of each all the way down to 1 of each exercise.

Tweeked my back doing Christine today...how annoying! I don't think the combination of tight traps and shoulders, a chilly garage and a very lower back engaging wod was a good idea. It went into spasm the second deadlift rep of round 3...being that close to done I had to finish.
