All exercises are to be done with 45lb bar.

Gave "Busted O-ring" a try this morning. Wasn't sure about recording the # of reps-- keep each exercise reps separate or total all 4 exercise reps at the end of each round? So here's all the info... :-)

Missy did yesterday's 3rds Sit-ups, DU, Handstnd PU. Modified DU to 60 singles, and did pike pushups off box.

Man, I hate days off.....they feel so good....but I cant sit on the sidelines and watch everyone else bust and O ring!

Ive wanted to bust Felices O ring since the day I met him! .....man, I feel alot better now that I got that off my chest!
