Gave "Busted O-ring" a try this morning. Wasn't sure about recording the # of reps-- keep each exercise reps separate or total all 4 exercise reps at the end of each round? Missy did yesterday's 3rds Sit-ups, DU, Handstnd PU. Modified DU to 60 singles, and did pike pushups off box. 13:01
