We finished the workout in 18 minutes. Chris finished first. She had a higher box to jump on too.But I got to punch her 43 times for her birthday!

:( Really miss spending time in the gym. Being sick + oral surgery + moving has left me stuck in the house for too long. The weather has been gorgeous and I am going stir crazy. Hopefully this week I swing by. *jealous*

Good old Long Road Home...for some reason this is just a hard one to get through. You guys did great with it. I saw alot of fight out there today! KtE's looked real good...haven't seen some of you do them in a while. Nice progress!

I agree Shawn. I also figured for a better performance, but the tank ran out of gas mid way 1st round and was running on fumes the rest of the way. Still managed a decent time and a 2 min improvement from last time. Lost about 3 pounds in sweat, time to go make that up in Margarita's!
